Meditation

Meditation is the freedom from thought, a state of no-mind.
It is a state of pure Consciousness with no contents.
True meditation has no direction, goals or method.
True meditation is abidance as primordial Consciousness.
True meditation appears in Consciousness spontaneously when awareness is not fixed on objects of perception.
In true meditation, the emphasis is on Being
Awareness, not on being aware of objects, but resting as primordial Awareness itself.
The purpose of meditation is to find the meditator.
When you look for the meditator, you won’t find him or her
All you find is silent Emptiness.
In finding Emptiness, the mind stops.
If you let it, Emptiness will stop the mind, you will awaken and realize you are That Emptiness.
